Questions

Good questions to ask before you book.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes — every booking is covered, and documentation is available on request before your first visit.

What's a Meet & Greet, and is it required?

A free, no-obligation visit before your first booking so your dog can meet the sitter on home turf. We ask every new client to do one — it's the best way to catch anything that matters to your dog before a stay.

Can you give medication or handle special needs?

Yes. Let us know at the Meet & Greet — pills, insulin, joint supplements, senior-dog routines, and behavioral notes all get written down and followed exactly.

What happens in a vet emergency?

We use the vet contact and instructions you provide at booking, keep you updated by phone or text the whole time, and never wait to seek care.
